My son has grade 3 microtic right ear. He's turning 14y/o and we wanted him to have autologous ear reconstruction. How many stages will it take to complete the surgical process? If you can please email me with photos of your patients who undergone the same surgery and including

My sister gave birth today march 24 2017 at around 12 noon today but when baby boy came out he had rhis ear that looks like thw grade 3 microtia, My concern is can we do surgery and how much will it cost?
