Hi Sir, In general, there are 2 options for micrrotia reconstruction: 1) using autologous tissue (cartilage) and 2) using alloplastic material such as porous polyethylene. The former usually is completed in 2 stages, while the other in a single stage. It would be best to examine you in person so I can present to you the options. Good morning. I am a mother of a Grade 4 student having a microtia. He is a consistent 1st honor student since his prep grade.
